Luke Saagi is a Toronto-based Steadicam operator and cinematographer with over a decade of experience on high-end commercial, narrative, and music video productions. Holding both Canadian and EU citizenship, he is available for domestic and international projects.

His Steadicam credits include work for Drake, Vogue x Billie Eilish, RBC, Air Canada, and Hellman's x the Toronto Raptors. As a cinematographer, he has shot for Toyota, Tesla, Goldman Sachs, Hudson's Bay, Red Bull, TD, Nescafé, Home Depot, and Gord Downie, among many others.

Luke operates the DJI Ronin 2 and other gimbals to achieve focus-critical moves on narrative sets as he is executing complex walk-and-talk sequences on tight commercial schedules. His approach to stabilized movement is rooted in collaboration — he works closely with the DP and director in prep to ensure every move serves the cut, not just the moment.

Whether he's on a large-scale multi-camera commercial or an intimate single-camera narrative, Luke brings the same standard: technically precise, editorially aware, and always in service of the story.
